The Internet Does Not Help

I can't even begin to describe the number of LOSE WEIGHT HERE sites on the internet.
Completely ridiculous.

I think it might be the biggest industry on the whole internet.
For instance, I'm pretty sure that you know all of these faces, and likely what they are peddling.





And YET - I really get the impression that people who are sucked in invariably end up still looking like this:




SO. What gives? One eventually reaches a point of knowing all of the information, and KNOWING what it likely takes, and KNOWING what one should and shouldn't eat. And yet....
